A guide to show the steps to enable SSO (Single Sign-On) to use the Prop Data Manage Valuations module.
Prerequisites:
Very NB* The SSO integration works together with your Prop Data Manage username and your Lightstone Toolkit V2 username. These usernames MUST be the same.
If you are using a group Lightstone Toolkit login, please log a support ticket to support@lightstone.co.za to request access for your individual users.
How to enable the SSO integration:
Click on your image/initials at the top right of the Prop Data Manage screen.
Now select Integrations
Toggle on Lightstone SSO (Enable this integration)
You will now be directed to the Lightstone Toolkit login.
Complete the log in by entering your Toolkit user and password.
Once successfully logged in, you will be redirected back to Prop Data Manage.
You can now proceed with adding a new valuation.
Please note that some users may need to close Prop Data Manage and reopen the app before the Branch dropdown will be activated when adding a new valuation.
