      Updates to Prop Data Manage V2.24.11

      Updates include necessary bug fixes as well as any enhancements to the application.

      Enhancements

      Listings
      •   Vacant land property type listings now conditioned not to allow input of property size.

      Deals
      • Deal Suspensive Conditions : Subject to Bond : Subject to Sale update to validation for some data points.
      • Deal duplication, validation included for deals which are duplicated where statuses are already at suspensive or Final.
      • Deal dashboard widgets released.
      • Deal reporting perms included with User Group interface.
      • Deal capture, Business Type & Listing Type now pull from linked franchise record if stocked.
      • Deal default settings introduced for Mandate Comm%, Default Branch Comm Split, Default Agent Comm Split, Default Referral Comm %
      • Deal default settings, enforcement of buyer & seller ID capture.
      • Deal default setting, enforcement of capture of Transferring Attorney.
      • Linking of agents to deals now shows both active and inactive agents with status tag

      Syndication
      • Lead Form Serialiser end point now accepts contact ID Number as a payload parameter.
      • API Vendors are no longer able to create portal configs for portals that are not activated on the client site they are interacting with.


      Bug Fixes

      • Deal financial structure on commission tab, values not pulling correctly from main deal capture details page.
      • Deal permissions issues in some scenarios when updating deals as registered.
      • Deals commissions slip not showing totals for gross amounts.
      • Deals commissions slip, %'s over 100 were being accepted.
      • Deals capture of certain milestone dates logic needed correction for conveyancing staging sequencing.
      • Deal summary screen, "Show My Deals" filter not working.
      • Holiday letting, accepted credit card types not showing on details screen.
      • Referrals, send referred info not auto populating to the current logged in user.
      • Deals, linking listing to new deal not suit populating address & deeds data fields.
      • Listings, display of Price Reduced & Send Price Reduced Alerts check boxes showing by default.
      • Deal permissions, user can't view own deal record in certain circumstances.
      • Users, serviced suburbs linking not saving in certain scenarios.
      • Website CMS, deleted articles still rendering on websites.
      • Syndication, updating holiday letting listings from POA to Price does not trigger auto syndication.
      • Listings, feed to branch Microsite check disappeared.
      • Stock makeup Dashboard widget was linking off to incorrect URL's.
      • Contact, Lead, Profile & Subscriptions only had Active & Inactive status filters.
