Reporting & Data Exports

Export All Data (Reporting): Resolved missing data in several columns.
Leads – Excel Report: Corrected the inaccurate record count in “All Data” exports.
Error When Generating Reports: Fixed issue preventing report creation.
Deals Report: Corrected a bug affecting the report’s column generator.
Deals Reports: Fixed duplicated line items.
Price Reduced Report: Corrected data and display inconsistencies.
Referrals: Ensured Contact UUID (Referral ID) values are now unique.
Manage: Valuations – Summary View: Fixed display and data issues in the summary view.
Deals – Activity Logs:
- Resolved duplication issues.
- Corrected tracking of selling agents linked/unlinked from deals.

Email, SMS & Communication Tools

Newsletter Sending:
- Fixed core sending bug.
- Resolved multiple sends to a single recipient, including non-subscribers.
Email & SMS Spamming: Corrected behaviour causing repeated or unintended sends.
Text Messages:
- Fixed issue preventing saving of new views with added columns.
- SMS feature for Leads & Curated Messaging enhanced.
- Improved “New Lead SMS” body for readability.
- Fixed issue where only one of multiple linked agents received an SMS.
- Recipient column now correctly displays data in PMDS UI.
- Resolved duplicate “Recipient” column options in Manage Columns.
Show Day SMS: Seller now correctly receives reminder and thank-you messages.
Listing Alerts: New Listing Alerts are now sending as expected.

Feeds, Syndication & Integrations

Hamptons Feed: Updated link URL.
Property24 Syndication:
- Error logs and listing errors now display correctly.
- Fixed issue where exclusive listings were fed to P24 on the same day.
HubSpot Feed: Updated to comply with revised legal basis requirements.
PropCtrl Feed: Corrected issues with lounges and dining room data.
PP Recon Agents: Fixed behaviour to ensure all agents are correctly removed when required.

Website, UI & Frontend Improvements

Price Display: Corrected currency/formatting for Pam Golding Zambia.
Grow Website Template: Fixed issue where locations showed as “, 3” instead of correct values.
Microsite Articles: News articles from microsites no longer appear on the main site.
Frontend Caching: Resolved issue causing listings to take longer to display on the website.

Updates include necessary bug fixes as well as any enhancements to the application.
