How to make Whatsapp active on your website


Ease of communication is the key to getting more enquiries for your listings. Clients can Whatsapp your agents directly from a listing, the agent page and from the branch pages on your website. 


Step 1 (Enable Whatsapp)

Login to your Prop Data Management System, click on the settings icon at the top right of screen as highlighted in red below:

NB*: Only users with full access to the Management System will be able to view the site settings.



Now scroll down the page until you get to the Social Media Links section. Add a check to the Enable Whatsapp checkbox.



Step 2 (Branch Contact - optional)

Navigate to Branches and then edit the branch you wish to add Whatsapp to.

You can now add a branch cellphone number, be sure to select the country code. 


Save your changes by clicking: Edit Branch Without Saving Media


Step 3 (Agent Contact - Optional)

Navigate to Users > Users and then edit the agent you wish to add Whatsapp to.

Select the country code, make sure that the agent has a valid cellphone number added. 


Save your changes by clicking: Edit User Without Saving Media


Once you have completed the above steps a Whatsapp icon will appear as follows on your website:
