Updates to Prop Data Manage V2.34.0

This release includes expanded support for display currencies, improvements to feeds and syndication, and a range of fixes across listings, deals, reports, leads, and front-end stability.

New Features: 

1. Listings – Display Currency Support 

You can now capture an alternative display price for residential and commercial sale listings using a currency different from your default system currency. 

 


Enhancements: 

  1. User management: 
    Bulk agent archive action now considers whether multiple agents are linked to a listing before processing the archive action

  2. Integrations:
    Updated the Fusion integration to include up to version 31.
  3. Front-end website 
    Improved re-caching behaviour across listings, branches, news, area profiles, and agent profiles. 

 

Bug Fixes: 

  • Listings - Resolved the issue preventing users from removing property types on project listings. 

  • Listings - Resolved the incorrect Property24 lead number display issue on the residential listing summary page. 

  • Deals - Updated configuration logic that links attorney contacts to deals. 

  • Reporting - Resolved the error when attempting to export a filtered contacts list. 

  • Reporting - Fixed issue on valuation reports, preventing users from editing Property24 links. 

  • Reporting - Resolved the calculation issue affecting the sales partner share value on specific deal reports. 

  • Reporting - Resolved the issue where certain deal reports returned no data. 

  • Reporting - Fixed the issue preventing the use of the schedule button on reports. 

  • Dashboards - Resolved agent link issue on the Expiring Mandates & Leases report. 

  • Bulk mailing - Resolved mail preview error. 

  • Bulk mailing - Fixed the issue preventing users from removing featured listings from the seller alert emails. 

  • Bulk mailing - Improved template access control, which looks at both branch and user group types. 

  • Front-end website - Branch serviced areas and suburbs now appear in meta tags. 

  • Front-end websites - Updated the Facebook pixel initialisation configuration for better visibility in the Meta Events Manager. 

  • Front-end websites - Addressed an issue that affected the number of results returned on search results pages when filtering smallholdings and farms. 

  • Integrations - Implemented improvements for processing PropCtrl leads.   

  • API - Fixed issue causing a “null” result on the deals summary endpoint.
