Updates to Prop Data Manage V2.34.2

Updates include necessary bug fixes as well as any enhancements to the application.

Enhancements 

Deals: 

  • Agent users can now receive suspensive condition expiry notifications.

    • These notification emails will go out seven days before the condition is about to expire and every day (once a day) until the condition expires or until the condition has been met. 

API: 

  • Added a deleted contacts endpoint with email masking. 

 

Bug Fixes: 

Dashboard: 

  • Fixed a performance issue that made the main dashboard slow and sometimes unresponsive. 

Listings 

  • Implemented a fix to prevent listings being flagged as an “Exclusive Listing” when already published. 
  • Resolved the issue preventing the brochure preview loading for Dubai clients. 
  • Fixed the incorrect display currency value when viewing the property in list view. 
  • Valuations: Resolved issue preventing the activation of the “Add” button on the Property24 link field. 
  • Collections: Resolved an issue affecting how the advanced search resets and added additional parameter handling. 
  • Dashboards: Resolved issue affecting the stats count on the leads report. 

Syndication: 

  • Resolved duplicate portal display issue for clients in the Dubai region. 

Clients: 

  • Contacts: Implemented backup send logic for failed manual listing alerts. 
  • Contacts: Fixed an error that prevented reports/exports from generating when filtering by agent. 
  • Referrals: Updated validation rules to filter referral agents based on agent status and notification preferences. 
  • Leads: Resolved “Invalid” error for certain lead source options. 
  • Leads: Resolved the error that occurred when generating a custom leads report. 
  • Profiles: Resolved the issue preventing a user from removing the price range requirements. 

Deals 

  • When creating a deal from a listing, both the buyer and seller contacts linked to that listing are now automatically linked to the deal. 
  • Resolved an issue preventing attorney contacts from being linked to a deal 
  • Resolved an issue preventing the addition of referral agents to the commission table. 
  • Resolved looping issue on the commission table causing values to flicker. 
  • Resolved a calculation issue affecting the “Nett Commission” column on the deals sales reports. 
  • The column manager on the reports page now allows you to remove columns as needed. 

Marketing 

  • Fixed preview error on marketing mailer. 

Website CMS 

  • Resolved the issue causing field resets which prevented some users from creating new pages. 
  • Fixed the issue where the website referenced deleted footer navigation items. 

Front end website 

  • Debugging on cache processing on listings, branches, news, area profiles, and agent profiles.  
  •  Fixed the issue preventing users from submitting their communication subscription preferences. 
  • Fixed a problem that was slowing down property searches. 

API 

  • Fixed the issue preventing the retrieval of specific listing stats. 
  • Fixed an issue that caused the users section in our Swagger documentation to return a 500 error, the users section is now accessible via Swagger.
