Updates to Prop Data Manage V2.34.5

Updates include necessary bug fixes as well as enhancements to the application.

Features

  • A new Agent Commission Slip page is now available, allowing agent commission slips to be generated separately from standard commission workflows.

  • The Sale Date field on deals can now be configured as mandatory to improve data consistency and reporting accuracy. 

Front-end Website 

  • Updated the Nova theme search component to allow location-based searching without requiring listing type or property type selections. 

  • Updated the Nova theme to include additional finance supplier logos. 

 

Bug Fixes 

General 

  • Resolved various issues affecting the Main Dashboard. 
  • Fixed an issue preventing sub-items from being viewed from the Summary Pages right-click menu.  
  • Fixed an issue where custom brochures could not be previewed or generated.  

Leads 

  • Resolved an issue preventing users from expanding Lead Stage items.  
  • Resolved an issue affecting Leads reports. 

Deals 

Fixed multiple issues affecting Commission Slips, including:  
  • Mandate commission amounts not populating correctly.  
  • Seller information and selling branch details not auto-populating.  
  • VAT being incorrectly applied to “Other” commission roles.  
  • Seller deduction values not auto-populating from franchise, branch, and agent configurations.  
  • Seller rows duplicating when additional rows were added before saving.  
  • Gross seller amounts not being editable in certain scenarios.  
  • System errors occurring when opening Commission Slips on new or existing deals.  
  • Remaining commission calculations using incorrect totals.  

Mobile 

  • Fixed an issue preventing singular fields from expanding correctly in mobile view.
