Updates to Prop Data Manage V2.36.2 

This release introduces enhancements to platform security, authentication, and infrastructure, while delivering improvements to content discoverability, integrations, and system administration. It also includes fixes across Deals, Leads, Reporting, Newsletters, and Site Settings.

Features

Frontend Website

  • Added support for watermarked listing images to be displayed on frontend websites.

  • Added the ability to add a llms.txt file to websites, improving the indexing and discoverability by Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered search platforms.

Integrations:

  • Added support for the following new portals:

    • LoveProperty
    • ListedSA

System configuration

  • Added support for additional user inactivity timeout options (session management).

Infrastructure

  • Upgraded the platform to Celery 5.5, improving background task processing and long-term platform support.

 

Enhancements:

Deals

  • When adding a new deal, the "Sale Price" is now a mandatory field.
    • This change ensures that the commission slip can auto-populate based on preconfigured deal settings.
  • The commission slip table is now available on the deal "Add" page.

Applications

  • Added "Branch" and an option to the column manager on the applications index page.

 

Bug Fixes

System Settings & Configuration

  • Resolved various issues preventing users from adding and managing Vehicle records.

Listings

  • Resolved an issue affecting PDF downloads from Listing Dashboard Notes/Actions.

  • Resolved an issue where Tenant Lease Ending information was not updating correctly on residential listings

  • Rectified incorrect labelling of syndication activity logs on listing records.

Contacts

  • Leads - Fixed an issue that triggered multiple lead notifications.

  • Profiles - Resolved the error preventing the export of profile records.

 

Transactions

  • Fixed an issue where the Total Allocated Commission did not correctly deduct “Other” internal deductions.

  • Fixed an issue preventing users from generating a Letter of Undertaking.


Marketing & Newsletters

  • Resolved issues affecting custom newsletter configuration, including:

    • Newsletter previews not updating correctly.

    • Changes not saving as expected.

Frontend website

  • Addressed suburb statistic issue on area profile pages. Suburb reports now automatically refresh if they haven't been updated in over 30 days.

Integrations

  • Fixed an issue where the Property Type field was missing from HubSpot seller and landlord form submissions.

Performance

  • Optimised browser memory usage when editing multiple records, improving system stability.

  • Cache optimisation - update in request queue management and processing of listing data, making the process faster.
