Updates to Prop Data Manage V2.38.0

This release introduces new portal integrations, improvements to listing syndication and deal reporting, and enhancements to lead management and system reliability. It also includes fixes across reports, contacts, applications, notifications, and portal feeds.

New Features

  • Added support for the following new portals:

    • Fixstead
    • Explore Property
    • Liivra


Enhancements

  • Private Property listings can now be exclusive for up to 92 days.
  • Leads that come from portal WhatsApp enquiries are now labelled “WhatsApp Enquiry” in their source description.
  • Improved display settings for The Top Agents dashboard widget.
  • Static map images fail less often: suburb coordinates are now geocoded and passed through when a listing is mapped by suburb.
  • The TPN Credit Check button is now hidden on applications that are already Sent or Declined.
  • Accented characters in listing text are now kept when listings are syndicated to portals.
  • Vacant land listings no longer send bedroom and bathroom values to portals.
  • Portal configurations are now paused automatically when the portal rejects their login, and configurations that are already exclusive can be updated.


Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a crash in the rich text editor when HTML was pasted into seller report introductions.
  • Fixed page status (Active/Inactive) flipping back on save, and blank values in the page activity tab.
  • Fixed an error when saving an application note with an attachment.
  • Fixed an error that could stop a listing from saving, including when a map key was restricted.
  • Fixed a validation error that could stop some contacts from saving.
  • Fixed contact exports leaving some fields empty, including consent fields.
  • Fixed lead source, lead type and anniversary values on imported leads.
  • Fixed multiple SMS notifications going to the same contact.
  • Fixed email delivery events (opens, bounces and so on) not being recorded.
  • Fixed portal listing references not being saved back to the listing.
  • Fixed agents’ “display on branches” setting so it can now be cleared.
  • Fixed keyword search on newsletters.
  • Fixed scheduled activity reports showing zeros, and new recipients not receiving them.
  • Fixed a security token appearing in downloaded report file names.
  • Fixed printed deals not showing the selling agent and branch names.
  • Fixed layout, image and text issues in many custom listing brochure and report templates, including better handling of character limits.
