We have updated the Prop Data Manage reporting interface to give you more flexibility.
The reporting interface has been updated (depending on user access), allowing you to save templates for frequently requested reports and schedule email deliveries for these reports. For more details, read below.
Affected Modules
The reporting interface change affects the Reports for the following modules: Franchises,Branches, Agents, listings, Deals, Contacts, Profiles, Leads, Subscribers and Referrals.

How to add a report
Click on Add Report then choose your template, clients with custom reports will have more templates to choose from.
Give your report a name, this could be a suburb, agents, group of agents, price category etc.
Note: You do not have to name a report if you are going to generate the report on a one-off basis.
Now select your report criteria, once done, click Save or if you just want to generate a report for a single one-off case, click on Generate.
How to schedule your saved report
Click on the calendar icon on the report summary page.
Now complete the Scheduling form:
Subject: The subject of your email.
Message: A brief description of what the email contains.
Recipients: Select one or more recipients for the email, this could be yourself for example.
Now select when you would like the report sent, select your your Schedule and then complete the remain required fields. Once done click on Schedule Report.
To change a schedule that has already been added, click on the calendar icon again.
How to Generate a saved report
If for example you want to change a date range on a saved report and then generate that report on an ad-hoc basis: Simply click on the download icon and then click on your alerts bell at the top right of your screen. Now download your report.
How to edit an existing report
From time to time you may want to change the criteria of your report, to edit your report, click on the pencil icon of the report you wish to edit. You will be presented with the same fields that you completed when you initially added your report, make your changes and then click on Save to apply your changes.
Deleting an existing report
If you no longer require a report, click on the dustbin icon. You will be required to confirm your choice to delete the report. In the case below, you would need to type in the word CONFIRM to activate the Confirm button.
