      Updates to Prop Data Manage V2.14.0

      Updates include necessary bug fixes as well as any enhancements to the application.

      EOS4 v 2.13.12 - 2.14.0 Release Notes (26-01-2024)

      Enhancements

      - vacancyPro Integration

          - suburb dropdown search now only retrieves areas with vacancies available
          - 'List Now' functionality can now be utilised from the commercial listing summary screen interface
          - Landlord details are populated automatically when creating new Landlord linked contact records
          - Tracking included for retrieving landlord contact information

      - Seller/Landlord Feedback Report

          - Added Unit Number & Complex Name to address line
          - Added match index summation count for buyer/tenant matches 

      - Listing / Buyer / Tenant Matches

          - Added record numbering column for matching profile & listing rows

      - Valuations Module

          - Converting a valuation to a listing now places the listing at valuation status by default

      - Syndication

          - Update to all portal feeds syndication logic to cater for map to suburb coordinates logic
          - Listings are only fed to website for active, sold, rented & pending statuses once the Display on website check box is saved. This is to ensure email alerts fire on the correct date. This pertains only to clients using Prop Data Manage in conjunction with our previous website template (EOS3)
          - Private Property feed, added logic to prevent Rent On Application listings from feeding to the portal
          - P24 expiry date will now default to maximum allowed timeframe of listing type only if a date not added to the P24 Expiry field when adding or editing the listing

      - Listings

          - Listing activity report, seller contact information included
          - Added logic to prevent an existing listing with a portal ref to be converted from for sale > to let or vice versa

      - Site Settings

          - Support added for Hong Kong Region
          - Additional locations added for Lesotho
          - Support to enforce OAuth user authentication
          - Vehicle branding, added resigned as a vehicle branding status, advanced search functionality

      - Website CMS

          - Added additional permissions for adding/editing news articles for sites with multiple domains

      - Login

          - For users with multiple sites linked to a login account, they are able to now search by site name

      - Client Profiles

          - Introduction of a profile merge tool, allows for profiles with the same contact, branch, listing type & profile type to be merged with the ability to specify a master profile

      - Listing Brochure Generation

          - Provided option to now download brochure template in PNG format for mailer and social post applications

      - UAE Region Support

          - Commercial listings, added support for property type 'Villa' 
          - Bayut/Dubizzle feed, added support for virtual tours  / Matterport URL's
          - Property Finder feed, added additional feed options controls - breakdown listings by price, EG. Luxury listings

      - Website Forms (EOS4)

          - Added logic to validate authenticity of emails before being saved to the database

      - Dashboards

          - Main dashboard, ability to filter notes widget by agents

      - Marketing Module

          - Newsletters now live on EOS4
       

      Bug Fixes

       

      - Site settings, vehicle branding permissions issue resulting in tab breaking

      - Export users data to excel, certain data columns were not populating
