Updates to Prop Data Manage 2.16.2 - 2.16.5

Updates include necessary bug fixes as well as any enhancements to the application.

Enhancements

•  You will now have access to properties registered on the same title deed and have the flexibility to show and hide these from the CMA template.

• Inclusion of a referral declined reason drop down select. Specific options are available per referral type. 
• Referral expiration logic, based on site settings configuration, each referral will have a referral expiration date calculated from the date of acceptance of a referral. This date will determine if a referral is automatically included as an off the top commission deduction on the forthcoming deal module.
• Serviced location search parameters are now cached based on previous searches when reviewing branches and agents to select as referral recipients.

• You are now able to create alias website listing search groupings and link multiple areas to these groupings to allow for easier user search experience. e.g. Search grouping = 'Southern Suburbs' linked to multiple suburbs Constantia, Newlands, Kenilworth, Bergvliet etc etc.

• Users employment history, you are now able to capture the internal resignation branch from a drop down list to more accurately record employment history between your branch network.
• Capturing new users will now automatically allocate their Display Branch if they are linked to a singular Active Branch.
• Creating new users automatically links a singular linked branch as the display branch.

• You can now see which branch a particular listing match is linked to.

• Property alert count now includes counts from all sources and not just brands own data.

• Added 'Nutec' as an option for exterior feature.
• Bank Assisted Sales, have now included a ‘Bank Assisted Programme’ drop down to select the relevant programme per bank.

• User token if not refreshed by internet connection disruption will quietly retry until new token is retrieved. This should avoid a sudden logout experience.
• Added tracking to SSO OAuth buttons

• MyProperty feed now released to EOS4.
• Listing portal toggles for both Property 24 & Private Property  will now show in a pending state post a listing being saved and syndication triggered. These portal toggles can only be deactivated once a portal reference number is fed back to Prop Data.

 Bug Fixes

• Referrals, linked listing not showing on accepted referrals records.
• Referrals, creating a valuation record from a referrals threw an error on save.
• Referrals, as a referrals manager you were unable to change the referring user.
• Referrals, referring user list was only returning a subset of user records linked to the referring branch. 
• Referrals, permission issue with 'View Own' perm setting resolved.
• Listings leads tab, lead interactions filtering was not showing all records correctly.
• Bulk archiving listings now does not abide by listing update/create validation.
• Bulk re-assigning listing from one office will not validate against service locations and agent associations to an office.
• Bulk archiving offices/users//listings now ensures that syndication portal configs are not archived prior to syndication updates are complete.
• Bulk re-assigning listings to another user now prevents the user from being linked twice to the record.
• Duplicating a project listing no longer replicates plan names as these are uniquely required per project.
• Rented listing additional capture fields and commission fee calculation corrected.
• Listing report, sort by portal status error resolved.
• Facebook timeline feed, image resize logic corrected.
• Generate brochure button on mobi view not visible.
• Create new branch record, status drop down field erroneous behaviour.
• Create new branch, issue resolved unable to uncheck display on website until record saved. 
• Main dashboard, listing values widget, default timeframe filter set to 30days to optimise volume of data being calculated. Widget is being further optimised.
• Listing summary screen, can now sort by JamesEdition portal status.
• Listing details card, description paragraph formatting now resolved.
• Branded vehicle search and filter issues rectified.
• Lead details page - stage link, if lead is not linked to a listing (buyer/tenant) then lead stage link should simply point to the lead details page.
• Profile / Listing matches interfaces, various styling issues.
• Valuations, show only my records filter issue resolved.
